Valerio is a Managing Director appointed as Health and Public Sector Security Lead for Italy, Central Europe and Greece. In the past years he played a role as Security Lead for Utilities Portfolio and Security Strategy and Risk services. With more than 12 years of security experience, Valerio specializes in security strategy, business resilience, cyber defense, cloud protection, governance, risk and compliance, privacy and data protection. He led many innovative security programs for clients across a variety of industry sectors and serves as an advisor to several C-Levels. He has helped major telecommunications, utilities and public clients establish and safeguard their digital businesses. Based in Rome, Valerio holds a Master’s Degrees in Computer Engineering with a specialization in critical infrastructure protection, a Master in Network and Information Security and a Master in Business Administration; He also earned several certifications on project and service management and international security standards.
